Meet Harvey Archer, Manager of Bob's Discount Mart (rumored to be owned by Bob Dylan). Harvey is busy getting things organized for the supermarket's Annual Summerland County Fair but little does he know, his main competitor, Rowdy Rodney, is bent on wrecking the Fair.
