- Data captured through the purchase form
When a book is acquired in Bubok, either digitally or on paper, the user has to enter an email. This email address can be used to send novelties of books normally of categories related to the downloaded book.

- Data captured through the "receive news of a category" form
Users have an option to subscribe to a literary novelties mailing in a certain category by entering their email. With this information Bubok sends a weekly mail with the novelties in this category of books as well as punctually uses this information for the promotion of a specific book.

- Data captured through the pop-up information form on how to publish your work
In this case the name, telephone number and email address are requested and the only use that is given to this information is the personal contact between a Bubok advisor and the user who has provided the information.

- Data captured through the contact form and the ticket system
They are used exclusively for a first and only contact with the user.
