Jorge Lozano nació en 1985 en la ciudad de Bucaramanga y actualmente vive en Bogotá (Colombia). Reconocido por su sensibilidad artística, carisma e inteligencia aguda, decidió inclinarse por las artes literarias a muy temprana edad; culminando y ejerciendo, paralelamente, su carrera como Ingeniero Ambiental y Sanitario.

Su pasión por el arte le ha llevado a componer alrededor de treinta canciones y escribir más de cien poemas, además de un importante número de cuentos cortos, ensayos, guiones y novelas; todos los anteriores, productos a la espera de ser publicados.

Su obra se caracteriza por el trascendentalismo de sus personajes y por la fuerte crítica social extraída, disgregada y analizada, desde los más inhóspitos y oscuros abismos del ser humano. Al final de sus historias, siempre se tendrá la certeza de un giro magistral e inesperado.
