Through this page, we want to solve any questions you may have once you have purchased books or services in our website.
 
• I made a purchase. What happens now?
Once we receive the payment we will send you a confirmation e-mail with your order number.
If you bought a book, you will also receive a link to track your order. There you will be able to check when the order is sent to print, the dispatch date and the approximate delivery date. This information will be updated when changes occur in your order status.
If you have hired any services you will be contacted by our publishing department within 48 working hours to begin work the edition of your book.
 
• I have not received my order, why?
You can check your order's shipping times as we described in the previous question. If your order is late please contact us indicating the order number. We will get back to you as soon as possible. 
 
• I need to change the delivery address, is this possible?
Contact us inmediately indicating the order number and the correct delivery address. Changes might not be admited if the package has already been dispatched.
 
• Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by SEUR (courier).
 
• I was not at home at delivery. What can I do?
In this case please contact us with your order number. We will provide the necessary information to be able to arrange a new delivery.
 
• I ordered a book and it is misprinted.
If your book has not come printed correctly, we will need to contact us indicating the order number. We will also ask you to attach a few photos that clearly show the print fault. We will give you a solution as soon as possible.
